Meghan is the owner of Down To Earth Real Estate, where her vision is to bring a more personal, grounded experience to the real estate industry. She is passionate about guiding clients through the buying and selling process with thoughtfulness, clear communication, and a systematic approach. Meghan enjoys all aspects of real estate and has successfully closed a wide range of transactions — from helping clients purchase vacant land and build custom homes, to assisting First Time Home Buyers in investing in multi-family properties. She currently lives in an A-frame home she and her husband designed and built in Limington, Maine. When she's not working with clients, you’ll likely find Meghan riding her horse, Willow, or out hiking with her two dogs, Frankie and Finnegan.

Tristin keeps Down To Earth’s behind the scenes in tip top shape! Tristin has been in the real estate industry for over a decade and has a plethora of knowledge to share! When Meghan can’t be in two places at once, you may have the pleasure of Tristin assisting you at showings! She currently resides in beautiful Scarborough, Maine.

Butters // Mascot
Butters is Meghan’s miniature horse and he is available to be your emotional support mini during your real estate transaction with us. He does require payment in the form of snacks (don’t worry, he’s not picky).
